New Online Booking Portal

As of Wednesday 1st October 2025 we will no longer be accepting bookings via the online “Appointy” system. Instead we will be introducing a new online booking portal headed by Gladstone.

 

Non Members

To access the new online booking portal you need to visit https://haileybury.gladstonego.cloud/book. Once you have made your first booking the system will create an account for you.

As a non member you will be able to book squash courts 7 days in advance.  For booking amendments and cancellations please contact the Sports Complex reception on 01992 706299 or SportsComplexManagement@haileybury.com. Payments will be taken on completion of a booking. Terms and conditions can be found at the bottom of the booking portal page.

 

Haileybury Squash Club

The club's fixtures and weekly club night bookings will continue to be booked via Sports Complex Management (SportsComplexManagement@haileybury.com). Invoices will still be raised for fixtures and club night bookings, however individual member bookings will now only be available via the new online portal. When logging on to the portal for the first time please use the email address that you registered with Haileybury Squash Club.

Site Access Update

Please note the following update to our site accessibility policy: 

Both white entrance gates at our Hailey Lane and College Road entrances will now close from 9pm.  For anyone leaving the site after 9pm, both gates will open automatically when your vehicle approaches the gate.

For anyone wishing to enter the site from 9pm please note that this will only be possible via our College Road entrance.  There is an intercom at the gate which you will need to press to gain entry.
