ZUMBA is currently one of the world's fastest growing fitness programmes. It fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness programme that will blow you away. It is a spicy, hot, hip swivelling workout where African, Caribbean and Latin dance moves are combined with aerobics/fitness.

The dance routines feature aerobics/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body! Add some latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!!

It is a "fun and easy to do" workout and the type of excercise you'll want to do everyday and feel good about doing it!

You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and we guarantee you will enjoy it!
