FITNESS CLASS CHANGES
Please be aware that as of Wednesday 27th January 2010, the 18.00 & 19.00 fitness classes will be cancelled and replaced with a new exercise to music class called “BURN & SHAPE”. This class will take place at 19.00 on Wednesdays with a NEW instructor called Lorna (start date TBC).

19.00-20.00 = Circuits
Wednesday
19.00-20.00 = Burn & Shape
